(refer to the Cruz Timeline) <br />Also, you can't jump the gap to say that Natural Born Citizen is the same as Citizen at Birth - there is nothing recorded anywwhere, that I am aware of, that brings these two together, much less defines them as the same. Also, due to extreme misuse & some 'modern' misinterpretations of the Law (including testimony by the man that actually wrote the 14th Amendment), the term Citizen at Birth has been commonly & incorrectly used to even go so far a define babies born within the US Borders as citizens under the 14th Amendment.
